Seasonal contracts
The season runs from November 1 to April 15. Seasonal quotes are priced for the full season. If you book after November 1, your start date and price may be adjusted for a mid-season start — we will confirm any change with you before service begins. Season dates cannot be extended or moved, and no service is included after April 15.
Seasonal coverage includes visits when snowfall in your area reaches about 5 cm — our usual threshold for dispatch. We do not guarantee how many visits you will receive or when we will arrive; timing and visit count vary with winter conditions.
One-time visits
Request a preferred date or choose ASAP to join the next available route. We do not guarantee a specific day, time, or arrival window.
City plow snowbanks
When we clear your driveway, we also clear any bank the city plow has left at the end of your driveway at that time.
- Seasonal contracts with driveway clearing include return visits when the city plow leaves a new bank blocking your driveway after we have cleared it. Return timing follows the same weather and route limits as regular visits.
- One-time visits cover that single visit only. If the city plows after we leave, a return visit is not included — you can book another visit.
- Shovel-only service does not include city plow snowbanks.
Before we arrive
Your contractor will make a reasonable effort to message you at least 30 minutes before arriving, so you have time to move vehicles and other items out of the driveway and walkways.
If a vehicle or obstacle is still in the way, the contractor will not move it. They will safely clear as much snow as possible around it. That visit counts as completed.
Gravel driveways
On gravel surfaces, fresh snow may need to be packed down before it can be cleared safely. Your contractor will use the right approach for your driveway.
