Inside our primary area: you can book as normal.
Elsewhere in Ontario: we'll show a notice that your address may be outside our standard service area. You can still book, but availability and timing aren't guaranteed. If we can't arrange service, we cancel the order, release any hold, and refund payment for work not provided — with no cancellation fee — under section 2 ("If we cancel") of our Cancellation & Refunds policy.
Outside Ontario: we don't currently accept bookings.
